MacMiller example

This is similar to the kind of Cover i want i designed this in my own time to the colour scheme i have decided to use. I think it works as MacMillers mixtape is called K.I.D.S in bright bold colours, literally the same as my colour scheme, he is the kind of artist i want in my magazine.
The text used is a kind of computor text i like this as it is relevant to the target audience of my magazine and it is simple, clean and easy to read.
The subheading tells you all you need to know about why he is on the front cover and what his article is about.

Camera Roll

I like this photo even though i did not take it but i think that this kind of photo would work for my magazine. Dani took the photo but i think it suits my genre.

These are a collection of hats from a shop in Leicester town, this is the style of clothing i want involved in my media magazine shot.

I wouldn't use George as the model in my main magazine cover as he is to pasty faced and more suited towards an 'indie' genre maybe. I need someone rough looking and with abit of grit to them.

These are just a couple of camera testing shots to see how i would want my model to be posing. Thes images are more suiting towards a Contents or double page spread image.

Fashion Withing my scene

In these pictures of female and male fashion i have inlcluded all sorts of people from hip-hop to 'roch chicks' the fashion is all merging togeather now, indie is following the usual skateboard fashion for the males but female fashion is completely different and individual for the hip-hop scene, when you see most female hip-hop artists it is all fake and one time wear fashion in the video's but in real life it is more rock based and tight fitting or loose, more is less. e.g a big jacket with barley anything on there legs or lower body.

Conclusin on my speach

I feel asif my speach went okay, i was confident and said all that was needed to be said. I could have been clearer on the link between skateboarding and the music as i had a question asking why the audience of my speach watched a skateboarding video. I could have done this by adding a more relevant video, maybe with some speach on to show the reasoning behind the video. I needed to make it clearer about the size of my magazine, e.g. A4/A5 i decided when asked this that i would do a A5 piece as it is small and compact for people to pick up on the move. Also i had to make it clear how regular my issues would be released.

My speach

I am doing my magazine on the Hip-Hop genre. I plan to call my magazine 'Stunt'. It is going to be simple and based around the Hip-Hop/skateboarding scene. I want to do this because i am intrested in these topics and know alot about them.

Stunt

I have now decided on my Title name but i cannot decide on whitch colour scheme i want to choose, I want to keep it simple and to be able to have simplisity to my magazine piece.
